Governance Roles:

Program Manager:
Involved in providing program & project management; to support the project & the business work teams; may support multiple programs or support a Line Of Business/Functional Group across multiple programs , depending on the size of the program .

Portfolio Manager:
IT Portfolio manager will be responsible for providing IT portfolio oversight and support for clients. This position will be accountable in assessing the current state and future state based on capability modeling. Depending on the engagement, this could include annual planning, funding facilitation, initiation, execution oversight, financial monitoring, etc.

Project Management Office:
Help develop, plan, and implement enterprise project management principles. The role may also encompass providing mentoring and training for client's project management team.

Core Team Roles:

Project Manager:
Hands-on project management. Mentoring project team members in the application of a methodology, managing the day-to-day project activities, coordinating the project within the enterprise.

Process Mentor:
Involved in organizational process and tool maturity assessment, capability assessment, gap analysis, process definition and implementation, preparation of training plans.

Architect:
Involved in technology assessment, gap analysis in the current technology and the future business needs, mentoring clients on industry best practices, assisting clients in IT Strategy initiatives.

Analyst:
Assist clients in organizing and conducting a requirements workshop; mentor the team on the best practices in requirements engineering; be a part of the client's team to the obtain requirements for an application; partner with Business to extract requirements and translate them into design models.

Support Roles:

Tool Mentor:
Responsible for implementing the process into the respective tool which suits the client needs and environment; assist in preparing training courses and providing training to the client staff; mentoring the staff on the use of the tools.

Tool Administrator:
Responsible for implementing a given tool which suits the client needs and environment; install and customize the tool and its related schemas. Mentor the staff on the maintenance of the tools.
